Ozil Goal AI Credits: Packs, Video Costs, and Failed Jobs

Ozil Goals AI uses one-time credit packs. There is no subscription to start or cancel. You buy credits, then spend 8 credits when you submit a video generation. A successful clip has a target format of 15 seconds, vertical 9:16, and 720p.

The pack price is the payment amount. Credits are the balance you use inside the service. Keeping those two concepts separate makes it easier to understand what happens after a purchase or a failed video job.

Single is a small starting pack for one attempt. Matchday contains four attempts in one purchase; its price per video is approximately the same as Single, so it should not be interpreted as a discount offer. Season has the lowest listed price per video, approximately $5.45 when all 88 credits are used for eleven generations.

When credits are usedCopy Anchor Link

Selecting a photo does not create a finished video. After upload, the service creates a generation task and deducts the 8-credit amount for that task. Video rendering then runs asynchronously with the generation provider.

An accepted request can remain pending while the provider works. Avoid submitting the same photo repeatedly simply because the first job has not finished. Follow the task in the creator or check Your goals for its result.

What happens if generation fails?Copy Anchor Link

A failed generation returns the credits charged for that job. For a standard 8-credit video, that means 8 credits return to your balance so you can try again.

That credit refund does not reverse the original credit-pack payment to your card. A payment refund and a failed-job credit refund are different actions. If you have a payment problem, contact [email protected] with the relevant purchase details; do not send your card number or password.

AI output can also contain visual variations or artifacts even when the provider reports a successful generation. A technically completed job is different from a failed task. Review the input guidance and use a clear full-body photo to provide the model with useful identity and clothing information.

Credits do not expire; media has a retention windowCopy Anchor Link

Unused credits do not expire. Generation media is kept for 30 days, so download a completed video if you want to keep it longer. The media retention window does not mean your remaining credit balance disappears after 30 days.

Save your download before sharing or editing the clip elsewhere. Your download includes the template soundtrack, attached after the video generation is complete.
